The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the apex body under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, is responsible for the development and expansion of the IT and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) sector in Pakistan. To support its growth initiatives, PSEB is seeking highly qualified professionals for multiple contractual positions.

Eligibility Criteria

Each position requires a minimum of 16 years of education in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution. Additionally, relevant post-qualification experience is required as follows:

1. Chief Industry Development Officer

  • Minimum 16 years of education in engineering, computer sciences, or management disciplines.
  • At least 15 years of experience in skills development, infrastructure, taxation, and project management.
  • PMP certification is preferred.

2. Manager Digital Media & Content Creation

  • Minimum 16 years of education in marketing, business administration, journalism, or media sciences.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in content creation, media handling, and digital marketing.

3. Coordinator Training & Certifications

  • Minimum 16 years of education in computer sciences, management, or social sciences.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training coordination and certification programs, preferably in IT & ITeS.

4. Assistant Manager Finance

  • Minimum 16 years of education in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
  • CA (Intermediate)/CAF candidates preferred.

5. Assistant Manager Statutory Affairs

  • Minimum 16 years of education in finance, corporate governance, or law.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in statutory and corporate affairs, preferably in public or multinational companies.

6. Assistant Manager Internal Audit

  • Minimum 16 years of education in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or compliance.
  • CA (Inter)/CAF candidates preferred.

7. Assistant Manager Strategy & Partnership

  • Minimum 16 years of education in business administration, marketing, or international relations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or international relations.

8. Assistant Manager Procurements

  • Minimum 16 years of education in supply chain management, business administration, or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.

9. Accounts Assistant

  • Minimum 14 years of education in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and finance.
