Perform the financial tasks and maintain the financial health of the project Set goals and objectives, and design a framework for the project to be met.
Monitor the project’s financial performance, identify
areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities Analyze costs, pricing,
variable contributions and the actual performance of the project compared to
the project plan.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction
opportunities Keep and maintain all the accounts records in soft as well as in
hard form; Responsible to deal all the accounts of the organization and settle
all matter with AGPR and banks Responsible to maintain ledger books of project;
including fixed asset register, invoice register etc. Make sure verification of
all the accounts record and reconciliations before auditory process Responsible
to submit the financial report to the project manager for compilation, review
and onwards submission.
Make sure all the records/ accounts/ financial
transactions are booked before the audit commencement Responsible for the
submission of monthly report in soft and as well as in hard Ministry of National HealthServices, Regulations and Coordination is committed for helping the people

among the healthier in the region. Ensure
cordial relation with other concerned department/ organizations and audit
department any other tasks assign by the supervisor. Prepare budget
and annual work plan of the project Ensure MoPD&SI/ MoF provide adequate
funds for the project Opening and maintaining of assignment account
as per the procedures of MoF Prepare project financial statements as per
IPSAS cash basis Support MoNSHRC in the implementation of relevant
provision of PFM law. Work closely with Chief Finance and Account
Officer (CFAO) in the ministry Liaise with Auditor General of Pakistan and
ensure timely completion of audit. Ensure
all audit matters are settled and timely conduct of Departmental Accounts
Committee.
Qualification

MBA in Finance with Minimum of 10 years’ post
qualification experience in financial management and accounting in
public/private sector;
